Marvelous Music: Feel So Close by Calvin Harris

Do you ever have those moments when you think to yourself  "I can do anything right now. The world is full of possibilities, and I can have them all." The type of moments when every limb in your body starts tingling with anticipation of what is to come, because you know it is going to epic. That is exactly how I feel every single time Feels So Close by Calvin Harris reaches my ears: Epicness is on the horizon. To make matters even better, the music video perfectly sums up this feeling. The feeling of love, possibility, and accomplishment. Plus, the little dancing girl in the video eerily mirrors my own life at her age: barefoot, headphones, and all.

Marvelous Music: Mayer Hawthorne - Your Easy Lovin' Ain't Pleasin' Nothin'

Mayer Hawthorne's tunes have been stuck on repeat in my head for the past week, and to be perfectly honest, I don't mind it at all.  I am defiantly a fan of his "new soul" sound.  I haven't heard any modern artist quite like him (if you know of any please let me know!), so that has greatly contributed in my declaration that Mayer Hawthorne as my musical crush.  I mean how could you not love his adorably awkward dance moves in Your Easy Lovin' Ain't Pleasin' Nothin'?  The video is general is probably one of my favorites.  The vibe is fun and play full, and I wish my pool parties had this much dancing (maybe next time).  So watch the video and let me know what you think.
